My sleeping schedule is hurting my ability to exercise. I ended up skipping indoor cycling again (that makes two days in a row) and we can't have that! I'm going to cycle in the morning, in a few hours.
60.2 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
