not sure why this happened. I worked out and even cleaned house but didnt list it in exercise!
64.5 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your doing great! You haven't gained any weight in 2 weeks and you should be gaining a pound a eek. So to get technical that is the same as losing two pounds while your pregnant. You don't want to lose weight right now. Just try to keep it from skyrocketing. I know you are putting a lot of work into this and you will be fine. You are consciously making better food choices too. That in itself is better for the baby. Just keep your head up and look forward. Even if you going 10 pounds led than you would have that still will make a vast difference.

Maybe too much salt yesterday (pork is salty, canned products, etc.) some extra water today and i'm sure it will go away.
