Been eating 50 to 100 grams of carbohydrates per day and ~2000 kcal avg. Trying to get my 30g of fiber also. For Thanksgiving dinner I made an all primal meal of Tri-tip roast w/Primal BBQ sauce & Paleo Yam Casserole. Even though I was stuffed and could eat no more, my weight held steady.
