not a shocking discovery of a gain with having gone away on vacation (and drinking alot of pina coladas and mai tai's) its no wonder....
i am amping up to start on a more focused plan. soon not today but soon!!
90.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
