I need to be strict with myself soon. I went over my calories yesterday...again. I'm not eating huge amounts of food but just enough to exceed my 1800 limit. My dinner was a nice healthy salad with steak. I should have stopped there...but dessert & a glass of wine with TV again put me over. I ate a good breakfast this morning. Late afternoon snack was hummus, a cheesy breadstick for dipping (leftover...last one) and salami slices. I was ravenous after having an earlier breakfast then being out all afternoon. I just had a small serving of snaps pretzels, after our afternoon walk.

Dentist this morning. My hygienist popped a lower crown off cleaning my teeth 😬 so that had to be cemented back on. Oops!

My sister had an appointment to meet with her builder to get the renovation started on her basement apartment in her daughter's new home, so we weren't able to meet for lunch. I did some shopping at Target then hit the grocery store for some fresh veggies and a few other things.

Cooking tilapia for dinner and some fresh green beans. Need to decide what else. Hubby is going golfing tomorrow with a friend. The first time he's gone since Covid, other than when we stayed at the resort in Wisconsin last September. I'm pleased for him ☺

Time to feed the dogs & cook our dinner....
