I felt like I had gotten a little extravagant with my calorie intake so I've been more careful this week. I ate under goal 2 days, just over 1 day & about 300 calories over 2 days....so far. I was careful Wednesday because I was weighing in at the doctors office on Thursday & I didn't want to be up a lot from my last appointment. My doctor was very happy with my overall results from lab tests. My cholesterol is good....in fact my triglycerides were way down. My white blood cell count was slightly low, but he thought it could be attributed to my just having gotten the Covid vaccine. I'm having it tested in a couple of months, just to be careful.

Most of the week has been warm & sunny. I've been able to get out for walks in the afternoon & able to putter around outside. Today was cooler but not bad. I haven't done any heavy duty outside work yet, but there is some to do when it stays warm. I'm looking forward to being outside gardening & burning more calories.

I talked to my daughter for awhile again today. She is taking her lab to the vet tomorrow to say goodbye. Its been coming...and now it's time. She's come to terms with it in her head...now her heart has to accept it. I am sad, too. He has been such a good, sweet dog.

Chicken breasts for dinner tonight...I have some tomatoes I need to use so I think I'll combine them with some sweet peppers & onion for on top....maybe pasta on the side.
