Kept to my calories yesterday!! Decided time to kick in higher protein no matter what! Going shopping for things after breakfast. 3 meals a day SMALL. Bedtime snack. That worked for me in 2013 looked at old fat secret diet journal of mine
105.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
