Cut basal back to normal pattern. Still eating dairy every day in the form of Greek Yogurt and small amount of cheese and even tinier amount of cream. Trying not to eat fat and fruits (higher carbs) together.

The egg white protein powder with Coconut milk and ice makes a very good and creamy addition to a high carb snack like a piece of fruit.

In order to lose weight or not add body fat you must keep insulin levels low. The only way to do this is by limited intake of carbohydrates. Eating fat without carbs keeps insulin levels low and doesn't add to body fat. Eating fat with carbs only exacerbates the fat storage issue by causing dietary fat to be stored along with the glucose from the carbs.
