Saturday :)
My son went on his first EMS Cadet ambulance ride along today. I am so very proud of him :)

Went to the annual HOG party and danced the night away.

Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body, dancing 3 1/2 hours!
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - No new spots, more healing, trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea
76.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
