Hello and happy Wednesday FS!!
Where did my focus go?? It has been some time since I have been here. And, the scale shows it! I don't know IF I do have the focus now but it is a start by coming back to FS! My weight is out of control with a daily increase it seems. I refuse to buy bigger clothes and can't believe I am at this point again!
I need to figure out what program would be best. I will sort that out after my walk. I know my weakness is carbs and wine. ;-)
Must get moving!
