This week I had high cal small portions to try and compromise with my fickle appetite and the fact that 2 bites in I’m full 🙄 I gained a pound, but I’m not convinced it will stay. I’m not photographing my meals but I have had Angel hair with homemade/garden tomato and zucchini sauce with ground turkey, spinach and ricotta stuffed ravioli, sliced cheese with crackers, several bowls of hearty granola with almond milk, and yesterday I had 2 scoops of vanilla custard. 31 weeks pregnant
