Either the 4 beers (atleast they were mich ultra) and the burger (no bun) at the airport did me in... or the scale I weighed myself on when I was away was off. It did seem like a strange fluke that I’d lose 5 lbs on vacation but 🤷🏼‍♀️ just keep on keeping on!
87.5 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
