Fasting blood sugar 95/ weight 165.9
Plan: IF/ keto/ exercise
Skipped breakfast, lunch cottage cheese, boiled egg, mixed berries, snack: cheese stick, supper: broccoli, ham, cheese, instant mashed potatoes, Yoplait yogurt.
Worked on garden. Mowed the leaf cover on one raised bed, spread 40 lbs of garden soil on another, transplanted cabbag, Brussels sprouts, onions. Started my kitchen herb garden in pot on front porch.
Washed two weeks of laundry.
Amazing how much easier it is to eat less when I’m able to get out of the house and garden.
