Worked out in the gym (not too hard) from 16:50 to 18:20!
I feel so good!
But I have to eat dinner now.. hope it's not a heavy meal :)
47.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
