Had a great 13 mile trail run at Carvins Cove. Drank 16oz of powerade, surprised I still lost 3 lbs. Weather was perfect, ran in the clouds and 54F

Drinkwater: You almost make me want to run right now! I love that you are so active ... it is also my goal to get to that stage, where physical activity is part of my every day life. An active lifestyle and eating real food is part of what will define my next years.

Yes. Eating healthy and staying trim is the key. I made the mistake of allowing myself to eat anything because I'm so active and thought I could get away with it. While not looking overweight the difference in how I feel now after losing only 10 lbs is amazing. Keep up your good work when you add regular exercise it will get even better.
