I gained a little weight but I have not been good with my diet and exercise. I strained my back so I have not exercised for a week. Today I was so hungry I ate two big Hardeeās roast beefs! I will try harder next time. I have tried to log some of my foods today to get used to it but I am slow at doing it so I stopped. Is this app that everyone uses to log their food or do you know of any very good apps that do both food and exercise? I hope everyone is having a great week!
