Small scale victory.
Non scale victory. I feel and look less bloated!!!
I’ve increased my work outs and daily walks. So I also think I am gaining muscle as I lose fat. 🤷‍♀️ So the scale isn’t moving so much. But my jeans are fitting loosely so I am still happy at the moment!!
67.8 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
