Oh my, I think it's time to start doing something about this.
I will do my best to avoid junk food from now on. I'm starting with that. I'm still not going to deprive myself of food though.
I will also try not to skip exercise.
This visual update really got me disoriented looking for things on the website...
Today I gave up logging food half-way through the day. It has become such a hassle to log food. I wish I had a food-logging chip on my mouth, perhaps attached to my teeth :)
