Such a disappointing week. Ended up the week’s weigh-in with a gain of .2 AND my waist size went back up an inch 🤷‍♀️
63.4 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Celticbutterfly, What a nice name. This helped me with the of ups and down of weight and measure. I do the best with food choice and exercise goal. Then I weigh myself every day, I "argue with humour" with my scale when the result differs from my efforts. I change my written weight only if under a 3 digit number for a week. I noticed that some cereals bloats my stomach fo a couple of days and it comes back normal. So my weight can go up while I eat healthy food and down when I eat ice cream. I strive to improve and try to be kind to me when I am not.
