Blarg... really need to get it together... I dont like being this heavy but in the moment I just do not make healthier choices a lot of the time. It is excuses but I don't know how to stick to my plan. I am having an extremely difficult time sticking to healthy eating and living with my boyfriend around... he snacks all the time, can kind of eat whatever he wants since he works an active job and it is hard enough for me to resist my own internal urges to snack, etc. but when I add in another human in my space snacking, suggesting stuff like pizza, slathering all foods in sauces and high calorie stuff... my self control is nearly non-existent. I do not know how to work around this... it's like I re-commit but it only lasts a few days... I dont know how to get my willpower up... my bf and I signed up for a grand canyon raft trip for august and i'd really like to get off a few pounds before then so I am more comfortable... in 2019, i lost about 30lbs and was on cruise control with that... until I met my boyfriend and slowly slipped off my game... and then of course not only stopped losing weight but then slowly gained. it. all. back... it feels so horrible. i hate this. i feel like i will never figure this out. i know this is not a positive post but it is how i feel right now.
106.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
