Fasting blood sugar 129/ weight 167
Plan IF/ keto/ exercise
Staying in/ keeping warm. Made a chicken soybean spaghetti tomato sauce soup in the crockpot for supper. Planning for another low temp night -2 degrees. So far the rolling blackouts haven’t affected us, but others have been troubled by them. Son’s house was without electricity for a while.
