My initial weigh in was slightly higher. After some coffee and a bathroom break, I weighed again. I'm going with this one 😁 Two days of higher calories put me over goal by a lb. for the 1st time in awhile. I'll work towards getting back down, but today I had lunch out with my sister & we finished off our leftovers from last night. I had a salad for lunch so it wasn't too bad calorie wise. The important thing was spending a little time with my Sis. 😊

Dinner last night, even if I went over in calories was well worth it. I was feeling a bit on edge & moody....I think due to rainy weather & lack of being able to get out to walk. Hubby suggested the Japanese Hibachi restaurant & it ended up being a great choice. When I called for a reservation they weren't taking any more but were accepting walk ins. We thought going early would help but it looked busy when we drove up. There was a wait, but we were able to snag a couple of seats at the end of the bar, (apart from others) so had before dinner cocktails. For dinner we were seated at the grill on a corner....again spaced apart from the other patrons. We had a great evening....good food, time out of the house and time with each other...Perfect! There was an abundance of food but we both brought home to go boxes that provided dinner for tonight 😋 I bought Hubby some chocolates for Valentines Day, so we had dark chocolate covered almonds after we got home for dessert.

Our Niece is still in the hospital but they're saying it may not be heart related. No diagnosis so far. We were able to talk to her yesterday & she sounded upbeat.

Rain all day....the 4th gloomy weather day in a row. It's supposed to get cold tonight so I'm hoping there will be no issues with ice...and power outages. Meanwhile my daughter & other Texas family are dealing with temperatures & weather not customary for their area. Rolling blackouts are leaving many without power. My daughter doesn't have any heat source without electricity. When we talked earlier she still had power but my granddaughter was without.

66.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
