Dang it!!! Between less working out, new job hours adjustment, and godiva chocolates...I'm back up a pound. Time to buckle down and get a specific meal plan in place with dinner brought to work to eat on the 50 minute drive home. I'm thankful to be working again and even with the drive they had the best offer and I get to be with my family more even with the drive (yes I'm cheerleading myself right now:)...I've got this, just need to build the new habits quickly do they stick!
77.7 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
