Ate like crap yesterday, and everyone in the house was feeling it. Waffles with syrup for breakfast, a late lunch of pizza(and a double shot mocha for me), then supper was chilli cheese dogs with potato salad and soda, and of course dessert was cupcakes that my kids decorated.... and that pizza was at a 4H meeting which had a lot of other junk snacks after the meeting which the kids ate😕 not feeling hungry today but the kids insist on pancakes for breakfast. Here’s to a week of getting ready for a big crafting weekend with a friend and hopefully eating better.
