Good morning
Been awhile and weight has been up and down by about 5-7 pounds. I would really like to get down again under 145lbs. I have really enjoyed a much bigger diet in terms of eating most things in moderation but also doing intermediate fasting. I try to eat few carbs and mostly before 4pm. I definitely need more excise but just not my thing.....
So I currently just have coffee in am and then after 1pm have a meal usually most of my calories and then have a 2nd meal before 7pm. I am going to get back to tracking my food here and see if I can lose the last few pounds and keep the weight under 145 lbs.
Although sometimes I think there are natural weight our bodies seem to stay at??
