Not much going on this week. I've had a bit of a cold which is just there making me feel crummy but not all the time. I think the worst is the mornings when I'm stuffed up but by the time I get to work I feel ok. Still going for runs at lunchtime and eating the normal, a bit over my RDI. I'm averaging around 1620 calories per day.

I got a new laptop computer in August for home. And on Sunday it crashed. I took it back to the store and they told me to contact the manufacturer. And now I have to either mail it in or take it in for fixing. Apparently it's the hard drive. Good thing I haven't used it much and that I won't lose anything as all the info is still on my PC.

I managed to get some new running shoes on Tuesday night. And some running socks. The socks are very nice and do make a difference when running by adding a bit more cushioning.

TGIF! Not much going on for the weekend. Just housecleaning, groceries and laundry. And helping out on the farm on Saturday. Sunday we are going to my sister in laws for a dinner with my DH dad and girlfriend. When I see them I feel like I have to stand between them and my son and protect him. Just never got on well with my father in law and his circus of girlfriends. He does not have a good value system. Anyway, we are getting together to do Christmas as my father in law is leaving soon for Flordia and then onto Texas for the winter. Won't have to see them until April. Wish me well buddies that I will be able to deal with this and not look to food as an excuse.

Have a great weekend!

I hear you on the cold. It's like when I'm laying down that crud just pools in my head, but once I'm upright and moving things get better. I hope you get your computer fixed, that's no fun, but at least you don't have anything on it to lose. Family can be tough to deal with because you have to be around them, but just keep thinking after this you don't have to deal with this part of the family for months. Go for a run after seeing him, that will make you feel much better than food. :) Keep up the good work!
