Still the same weight on the scale, but body fat down 1%. Feel like the scale is going to start showing my efforts in the next few days. 🤞

Meanwhile my 6 year old is celebrating that she gained a pound on the scale. I sure miss the days when the scale going up was an accomplishment! 😂 😆
