Wow! You have been doing so well!! I know that it is slow going. Even after I lost my first 10 lbs. I was disappointed that I couldn't see any results but then I picked up 2 5 lbs. weights and thought, "Oh! I'm not carrying this around with me all the time anymore!" The best part of this site is I can see journeys like yours and become wholly inspired. Thank you!!

I surly understand that. I had lost 35 pounds and went to zero lost for 3 weeks. I am so glad I did not get too discouraged because I am loosing again. I say, at least I didnt gain.
