Another one of those days. Hubby,’s Dr. appointment at 8:30am. I forgot to weigh and check glucose. Ate breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Bought veggie
plants for my garden . Home again, ate leftovers, another appointment at 2 :30 several more errands,home again, finished leftovers. Did not ride bike but did arm exercises with weights.
Macros 41/39/20; fiber 21.6; 1469 calories
Writing this on mini iPad so ignore typos. I think I will write these few weeks off as “busy life” and start over next week on my WOE .
74.3 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
