Choices - Monday's weigh in is accountability for the choices I made over the weekend. When Friday comes it is like a party inside of my head and I tend to let go of structure and sometimes when I let go I am not holding on at all. The past is not going to effect my actions this week. As I journey through to next weekend I will make a plan to stay on track so that my Monday weigh in trends downward instead of upward. Each day is a celebration no matter if it is Friday, Monday or your birthday. TOWANDA!!!!

I love it! Each day is a celebration because we are still here! A lot of ppl didn't make it, but we were given the blessing of another day. Have a great week Lisa!

Weekends are tough because they take us off our normal routine and are much less structured than our daily grind. Good plan ahead for you Lisa!

Hi Lisa... Sometimes, on weekends I find myself laying around the house not particularly wanting to go outside. I then start nibbling away at things and before I know it, evening comes and I haven't done much exercise either. Getting out of the house (and away from temptation) helps but, that is often easier said than done. I hope we can both pull off the plan to avoid gaining anything next weekend. Good Night buddy! You are right -- I start the party in my head every Friday too. Rules go out the door. And I don't even go to a Mon-Fri job, so I don't know what is up with that!

Weekends can be a challenge for me but I compensate by eating less meals overall on weekends and it seems to work!
