I lost a lb. I don't get it. Wed-Fri I was at a conference where the meals & snacks provided. Very good food. Those desserts and snacks are not on the plan. Also long days so couldn't make the gym, etc... no exercise.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
