Plan: IF; exercise
Difficult to eat keto today. I did skip breakfast. Foster daughter came for visit and brought Chinese style lunch. Delicious. Some friends dropped by with supper that included homemade bread. Yum! So I enjoyed and guessed at the carbs and calories. The scales will tell me tomorrow how accurate I was Macros 32/51/17; 1529 Caps; fiber 11.6; net carbs 109.68; Net kcal -792
74.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
