I can't believe I haven't been on here all week. I gained 1.4 lbs last weekend and haven't lost it all week. And I worked every day cleaning the house, going through things, carrying boxes and bags out to the porch and to the car and the scales never moved. Seems kinda strange. And I was keeping track of everything, too. I guess it was inches instead of lbs because people are telling me I look like I've lost more weight. Shirts and pants are becoming too big for me. I have to dig for smaller things to wear. I know I've got some here somewhere.
110.5 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

excellent loosing fat gaining muscle wich is 3 times heavier and healthier way to go...

You are doing wonderful Dee!!! I know how you feel. Yep, gaining some muscle, which is a good thing, and sometimes our bodies get used to a certain type of exercise, like housework, and no mater how much you do, it just doesn't move that needle on the scale!! Its great that people are noticing too!! You can go by the inches lost when the dumb scale is stuck!! I have had to dig for smaller things to wear too, and its a wonderful feeling!!! Keep it up!!!
