I weighed in today because Weds is my normal day to do it. I had logged yesterday because I was down I didn't expect a loss so I'm happy with being down .4 pounds. I'm pushing hard this neck week. I want to see a loss of 1.5lb this week so I can be back below my most recent low weight. Good luck out there everyone!
