Took my bike out today for a test ride to see if I was prepared (warm enough) for the group ride on Monday. Love the new gear!

Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - No new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea
77.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
