waist measurement over navel: "pretty big" lol (I didn't measure it but I could see that my belly was somewhat swollen today. Yesterday something I ate didn't agree with me.


I haven't logged everything I ate yesterday, and also today. The weight insisting on not going down is somewhat demotivating! lol But it will go down eventually.

I have been skipping indoor cycling because I need to recover my legs from the swimming practice that I have been doing day in day out.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
