Well, I guess that high calorie day worked! Got on the scale this morning and I lost 1.4 pounds. YAY!

Take that plateau!
115.8 kg Lost so far: 20.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
