waist measurement over navel: 80.2 cm

yesterday I didn't do indoor cycling so my legs would recover better from the swimming practice the day before. Today I'll probably go swim again but I'm not sure yet.
58.2 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
