Thanks Stef & Laurie. Just ate some awesome meat fresh off the grill (took advantage of the nicer temps and DH grilled out). Gosh, I had to weigh my portion or I'd eat WAY too much of it! Still, I sampled both the boneless pork chops and the boneless beef ribs. Hope you both had super Saturdays!

Sandy we grilled some nice pork chops tonight also, even though the temps were only in the low 20's! MMM, they were great!
