After a week of eating rubbish I worked hard and eat well at the weekend and managed to stay the same, I need to focus on eating better during the week to reach that goal.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
