Morning weigh in and I'm surprised I lost a pound. Last night I ate some chicken noodles and thought I ate too much. This goes to show that if you are consistent, one heavy meal won't throw you off course. Stay strong!
97.2 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
