I’m getting very discouraged. I have been doing cardio exercises everyday and I’ve been burning more calories than consuming (eating around 1200 cal.). I completed stopped eating carbs, sugar and bread... but my weight hasn’t moved in a week. It’s stuck ate the same number! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
58.2 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Here is what I discovered. As we are close to the same weight. I was doing 1200 calories as well. I had lost my weight but 1200 calories was not sustainable. So I gained the weight back. I am now doing an average of 1400 - 1500. The weight loss is going slower this time. However I am hoping that it will be easier to sustain permanently. Just my own experience. Never give up though!!

Thank you very much for your advice! I will try it ! You are right : Never give up ! The most important is being healthy. This calorie counting made me obsessed a little and I stopped enjoying my food.
