Thanks both. Feeling a bit disheartened of late, I'm doing everything right and excersising 4-5 times a week, disappointed the results aren't better.

I'm doing HIIT Cardio stuff with Popsugar's YouTube vids. Lunges, squats, abs, star jumps etc. I think maybe I need to use my elliptical machine more. But yeah, I'm feeling shitty when I'm eating right and going hungry between breakfast and dinner.

Wow good effort tho don’t it feel good thanks to boxing and skipping I lost 4 stone in 4 months but skipping I find it’s very good
