been in a super slump... the only thing i seem to be sticking to is the intermittant fasting... i believe that is the only reason i am not up over 200 yet because my eating has sucked for the past 2 weeks!!!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

You can get through this, you just have to get in the mindset that it's important to you...trying to diet when you are not in the mood tends to set you up for failure. Keep monitoring your weight, so you don't turn around and find you are 20# up ;
