I love my eggs and meatball in the morning! Still trying to raise my protein to 30% overall. I've got a big trail run this evening so I've splurged a little bit on junk calories today.

Got home from my trail run famished so cooked up some baby mushrooms and grape tomatoes and added spices and a slice of potato bread, Yummy and right on my RDI.
