I’ve really be struggling and I don’t know why, I’m keeping up to my low calorie diet, my carb into is next to nonexistent, I’m keeping my water intake but I just can’t seem to get past 279.
My current weight has just changed .0 like 279.8,279.2,279.4 but no matter what I just can’t get past 279 and boy am I getting a little frustrated
126.7 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 36.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes we seem to get stuck on a plateau. It becomes frustrating. But don’t give up.

How’s your salt? It makes us retain water and that’s going to make us weigh more, regardless of what we eat! If sodium is high (recommended daily intake is 2300) then it’s especially essential to drink *lots* of water to help flush it out.

You’ve lost about 30 pounds already (if my mental math is anywhere near correct) which is a remarkable achievement! Keep doing what you are doing and the plateau *will* end. We are all cheering for you!

I have passed that hump but my salt intake was very low and I have been drink a gallon of water a day to keep myself healthy.

I also increased my protein intake and that helped me
