High fasting BG's have resulted in need for high insulin quantities to control. No BMs for several days. Eating pretty much paleo with a little dairy (heavy cream) thrown in, but I cut way back on cream and cheese. Lots more fruit than on Atkins at the expense of some veggies. I just can't eat all that bulk. The carbs are higher as a result. No sugar, grain, or legumes.
