I'm moving down again! Hopefully, the scale will stay on the downward trend!

I've worked out 4 days this week doing a total of 18k or 11.2 mi. Today I'm taking it off and going out for lunch with my sister.

Plans for the weekend are date night with the hubby on Sat. night! We'll also do the usual houseclean, help out at my parents' farm and grocery shop.
