back to 232. my diet has changed dramatically. I have started seeing a nutritionist who told me eat this at this time and this at this time. I love it! I really miss bread and chocolate but I don't want to be this weight forever, and I want kids more than bread. (though chocolate is pretty equal! j/k ) also getting more sleep at night. and, I actually ate lunch and then went for a half mile walk! I know! I'm so proud of myself!
105.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
