Ugh! I keep losing and gaining the same .4. I thought I did better this week 😪 . I guess .4 is better than a lb or more. I just need to remember how much I've loss from 185 to 107. I just wish I could lose about 4 more lbs though 😕
48.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
